Wishing to somehow make this time easier for ourselves, it was decided to hire an interior designer to carry out a design project and a selection of furniture for our budget.
For ourselves, we have chosen the full package, above I explained why. And you know, I never regretted it. But this is all individual. For some, a simple furniture arrangement plan is enough.
After the first meeting, I had a very good opinion of the designer as a specialist in his field.
Firstly, she told us that it turns out that it is impossible to make different floors in the rooms, with the exception of the bathroom, and then it is advisable to choose the most similar floor tones.
Maybe I’m not so advanced in this regard, but honestly, if I myself chose a laminate for myself, then of course I put a different one.
Designer services
They are divided into several stages of work.
There is an advance payment of 30% of the cost of services. This is a kind of guarantee that after measuring the apartment and showing the preliminary layout of the furniture, you will not go to another designer, or in general you will continue to make repairs yourself. And if you part, then the designer worked for a reason.
Prepayment can be made in cash and by bank transfer. We have transferred the advance payment by bank transfer.
Coordination of the planning solution and the interior concept.
The designer prepared for us three options for a planning solution and did it earlier in time than indicated in the terms of reference.

Having approved all the visualizations, we paid for the stage of work and decided to start the repair already.
Since we started the renovation even before the end of the designer’s work, there were moments when this or that working documentation was urgently needed. And then our designer showed her best side. All drawings and documents were provided no later than the next working day.
The designer’s estimate of materials and furniture are very important. Thanks to such an estimate, repairs are much easier to do. Since it contains all the articles of materials and indicates the colors and names. Also, shops are indicated.
